Wealth is personal
So are we

Harbor Hills was built for people who want more than generic advice. Our clients are thoughtful, successful individuals and families who value clarity, trust, and long-term partnership.

More Than a Name — It’s a Guiding Principle

“Harbor” represents calm, protection, and discretion. “Hills” reflect clarity, perspective, and the higher view we bring to your financial life.
At Harbor Hills, we offer more than planning. We offer a steady place from which to make thoughtful decisions — quietly, and with intention.

Built for depth, not scale.

At Harbor Hills, we believe that true wealth management is about more than numbers — it’s about trust, clarity, and long-term relationships.

When you're ready, we’re here.

Our People

Conner D. Rehage

Financial Advisor, President, CEO

Conner D. Rehage is the President and CEO of Harbor Hills, bringing over a decade of leadership and investment experience to the firm. A natural problem-solver with a strong aptitude for math, Conner pursued a degree in finance and began his career immediately after college with Edward Jones Investments. There, he completed the firm’s rigorous “Financial Advisor Career Development” program and, at just 23 years old, was entrusted with leading the Montecito branch.
Under Conner’s leadership, the Montecito office experienced unprecedented growth—expanding its assets under care to more than five times their previous peak and serving over 300 households. In 2016, following the passing of his father, Conner stepped away from Edward Jones to lead The Rehage Organization, his family’s life and health insurance agency. After stabilizing and modernizing the business, he returned to his passion: investment management.
Conner was among the first advisors to join Partnervest Advisory Services, a local Registered Investment Advisory firm. In 2019, he founded Harbor Hills Financial Advisors—now a full-service wealth management team serving a broad range of clients with personalized financial strategies.
Conner specializes in portfolio management, individual stock selection, fiduciary analysis, risk management, and behavioral coaching. He is supported by a team of experts with deep knowledge in financial planning, retirement planning, estate planning, wealth transfer, insured products, charitable giving, and alternative investments such as hedge funds.
Outside the office, Conner is an active member of the Santa Barbara community. He has served on the boards of and volunteered with organizations such as the Montecito Rotary Club, Coast Village Business Association, Montecito Association, Montecito Beautification Day, and the Montecito 4th of July Parade.
Conner lives in Santa Barbara with his wife Gianna, a nurse at the local hospital, and their three children—Preston, Adler, and Vesper. The Rehage family can often be found exploring the outdoors together—surfing, biking, and hiking the trails of the Central Coast.
